How long does it take to print shirts?

After payment we can have your stuff out the door in as little as 5 days from proof approval.

The typical order ships in 7-10 business days from proof approval.
Rush service is available.

Why do color shirts cost more?

White shirts cost less than color shirts.
If it's not white, then it's more.
Color shirts cost more from the mill.
Some colors are only available in certain styles.

What determines the Screen Printing pricing?

The price of our service is determined by a few factors:
The number of colors/screens needed for a specific design.
The color of the garment is important, darker shirts might need a white underbase and it will require "flashing" (drying in between the colors).
The number of the garments ordered, the more you order, the cheaper it gets per piece.
Any special locations, for example, sleeve or underwear printing will require an extra charge.

The one thing that does not change the price is the size of the design. As long the design will fit inside 12" wide and 14" long area, there is no extra charge. Bigger designs could be printed, but it will require an extra fee.

How do I place an order?

Give us a call or send us an email. Based on your needs, we can determine exactly what your print quote will be.
After that, art work can be submitted, and payment received.

How big can I make my print?

The front and back print can be about 12 inches wide by 14 inches tall.
Pocket sized prints look best at between 3.5” - 4”  across.

Art proportions will determine the print width/height ratio.
We encourage print designs that fit all sizes.

Do your charge SET UP/Screen Fees?

All set up and screen charges will be clearly marked in your print quote. We charge $15 per screen/color.
Set-up/Screen fees will be reduced or eliminated on reorders. Also, you will receive one free set-up/Screen per 72 pieces ordered.

No. DKgrafix Limited ONLY accepts customer provided garments for print if we can not provde same or very similar item but those garments(if accepted) will not be covered by our warranty and there will be 50% up-charge on printing fees.

Can I mix and match shirt sizes and colors?

Yes, however, it is important to note that different print process may be used to print the same design on different color shirts.
As for shirt sizes... the design should be able to be printed on all size shirt.
If a different size image is needed, we will contact you and let you know.
